Meeting Notes: OUTReach meeting, Wednesday, November 16th, 12-1
1. Spring and other events?
Chris has proposed an OUTReach evening potluck event at his house for a date to be announced in March or April.
Ryan agreed to organize "OUTReach Hour" for the first Thursday of the month beginning in December 2005.
2. OUTReach survey (Keith)
Initial survey comments suggest that many people don't know what OUTReach does or is about. Additionally, people seem to want additional OUTReach social events in the evening, hence the establishment of "OUTReach Hour".

4. DPB subcommittee update

The information HR gathered from PAC-10 institutions (U Wash, 1.0%, WSU, 0.38%) on the financial impact of DPB was discussed and was included in a letter to the Fred Boice, Chair of the Presidential search committee. ASU continues to work on DPB at their end. We don't know any details but they are in contact.
